Plans & Credits and Billing are the account areas for checking pricing, credit usage, orders, and renewal state.
Plan names, prices, included credits, and features can change. The in-product pricing screen is the source of truth for what is available today.
Each plan card can show:
Review the selected credits tier before you continue to payment.
Credits are used for AI-powered creation and editing. If you are trying to generate or revise a project and the action is blocked, check Plans & Credits from the account menu.
Use that area to review:
Use Billing for payment state and order history. Orders may appear as paid, pending, cancelled, or expired.
If an order is pending, the billing screen may offer actions such as Pay Now or Cancel. If you are unsure whether an upgrade completed, check Billing before trying again.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the current billing cycle ends if you do not want the next renewal charge.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund an already completed payment. Pending orders can be cancelled separately from Billing before payment is completed.
Payment receipts are sent to your registered email. For formal invoices, billing disputes, cancellation questions, or refund requests, contact [email protected].
