Analytics

Analytics is the workspace panel for reviewing how people use a published project.

Use it after your project is deployed and has received traffic. A new project, unpublished project, or project with no visits may show no data.

How it works

Analytics depends on a live project URL and tracking data. Once the project is published and users visit it, the Analytics panel can show traffic and page activity.

If the project is not deployed yet, deploy it first. Preview is not a replacement for live analytics.

Key capabilities

  • Traffic overview: Check high-level visit and user activity.
  • Visit analysis: Understand how traffic changes over time.
  • User trends: Review user activity patterns across the selected period.
  • Page view trends: See which pages receive activity.
  • Retention data: Inspect whether visitors return over time.
  • Time range filtering: Change the reporting period when you need a narrower or wider view.

How to check analytics

  1. Publish the project.
  2. Open the published URL.
  3. Visit the important pages you want to test.
  4. Wait for analytics data to become available.
  5. Open Analytics in the workspace.
  6. Select the time range you want to review.

If there is still no data, check the reasons below.

Why no data appears

Analytics may be empty when:

  • the project has not been published
  • analytics tracking is not enabled for the project
  • nobody has visited the published URL yet
  • the selected time range has no activity
  • the project was just published and data has not appeared yet
  • the analytics service returned an error

If you only need to check whether the app looks correct, use Preview or the published URL. Use Analytics when you need real usage signals.
